Bulin AI Video creates short, fictional AI-generated videos from photos users upload. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every photo uploaded to, and every video generated through, bulinaivideo.app.
1. Scope
Each video follows a fixed, pre-written story ending in a golden wheat field memory. Users cannot submit free-text prompts. The story is mild fictional horror: a survivor holds a prop handgun that is never fired, then lowers and drops it; a stylized zombie (grey skin, clouded eyes) lunges and the scene ends in an embrace. There is no shooting, no blood, no wounds and no gore.
2. Prohibited categories
- Pornographic, nude, sexual or sexually suggestive content.
- Graphic or realistic violence, gore, blood or wounds, including uploads that depict real violence or real weapons being used against people.
- Hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content, including any photo of a person under 18.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of anyone who has not consented, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including copyrighted characters, logos, brand marks or photos you do not have the right to use.
2.1 Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual sexual or intimate deepfakes, terrorism, extremism or mass-violence content lead to immediate refusal, deletion and a permanent block. We reserve the right to report serious violations to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Photo permission
You may upload only photos of yourself, of adults who clearly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. Do not upload photos of children, celebrities, public figures, strangers, or anyone whose consent you are unsure about.
3. Content review
Bulin AI Video may refuse or cancel orders that appear to violate this policy. Every uploaded photo is checked before checkout and every finished video is checked before delivery by an automated content-safety system.
4. Reporting
Anyone may report content or an order that violates this policy, including if your photo or likeness was used without your consent. Email support@bulinaivideo.app with the subject "Report", and include the order number or video link if you have it, plus a short description.

6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may refuse or cancel an order and refund it, delete uploaded photos and generated videos, block the email address or payment method used, and report zero-tolerance violations to law enforcement.
7. Appeals
If you believe an order was refused by mistake, email support@bulinaivideo.app with the subject "Appeal" within 14 days. We will re-review and reply within 10 business days.
