Bulin AI Video is an independent AI video product operated by Bulin AI Video. These terms apply when you use bulinaivideo.app, upload photos, purchase a video, or contact support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulin AI Video. By using the service, you confirm that you are an adult and that all people shown in uploaded photos are adults who gave permission for this use.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists prohibited content, our review process, and how to report violations. You may not upload photos of minors, celebrities, strangers, or anyone who did not consent. NSFW, graphically violent or gory, hateful, impersonation, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful uses are prohibited.

AI-generated content

Videos are AI-generated fictional content created from photos you provide. Videos are generated using ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 video model. Bulin AI Video is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance. Do not present generated videos as real events or use them to mislead others. Bulin AI Video is built with third-party AI models and services.

Personal use license

After delivery, the generated video is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for making sure your use of the video respects the rights, consent, and privacy of the people shown in it.

Payments

Purchases are one-time payments processed by our payment processor, Stripe. There is no subscription and no account is required.

Refused orders and termination

We may refuse, cancel, or stop fulfilling an order if it appears to violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, legal requirements, or the rights of another person. We may also restrict access to the service for misuse.

Disclaimers

Bulin AI Video is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated output may vary and may not perfectly match your expectations, uploaded photos, or prompt. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bulin AI Video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Bulin AI Video, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
