Bulin AI Video is operated by Bulin AI Video. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.

Data we collect

We collect the photos you upload, the email address used for checkout or support, order numbers, selected product type, payment status, and support messages you send to us.

How photos are used

Uploaded photos are used to generate the AI zombie love story video you purchase. Photos may be sent to third-party AI video service providers for generation. We do not sell your photos or use them for unrelated advertising.

We do not create or store facial recognition templates, faceprints, or biometric identifiers. Photos are used to generate your video and are deleted within 7 days. Your video is private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can watch the video until you stop sharing or it is deleted after 7 days. There is no public gallery.

Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted within 7 days after processing. Order and payment-related records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Bulin AI Video does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive payment and checkout status information needed to fulfill orders and provide support.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies required for checkout, security, and basic site functionality. We may also use privacy-minded analytics to understand page visits, errors, and conversion flow.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for AI video generation, payment processing, hosting, email/support, and site analytics. Video generation uses ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 model via its API. Uploaded photos and generated videos are checked by an automated content-safety provider.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of photos or support data, email support@bulinaivideo.app from the email address used for checkout and include your order number if available. We will delete eligible data unless we must keep it for legal, accounting, security, or dispute reasons.
