Refund Policy

We want the video to feel like the people in your photos. If something goes wrong, contact support@bulinaivideo.app with the email address used at checkout and your order number if available.

Generation failure

If Bulin AI Video cannot generate your purchased video or cannot deliver a usable file from the provided photos, your payment is refunded in full. Videos that fail an automated content-safety check are not delivered and are refunded in full.

If the result does not look right

If you are not satisfied with the result, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one free remake or a refund, depending on what best resolves the issue.

Policy violations

Orders may be refused if the photos or requested use appear to violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including uploads involving minors, celebrities, strangers, non-consenting people, NSFW content, graphic violence, harassment, impersonation, or deception.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued manually within 2 business days through our payment processor, Stripe. After approval, funds usually return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
